I was wondering if anyone knows more about this..

Recently, I've been going through some old archives in Daein's library. While at it, I stumbled upon a collection named "Laggtop".. Now, I don't exactly know what it means, no less what it's all about. All that stood out to me was this odd.. this odd, nostalgic feeling when I examined the different books and documents. I can't quite put my finger on it, but something's definitely different about this collection and sets it apart from the others.
I have no memories attached to it, and don't even understand most of it. Hence, I thought perhaps.. I could share it, and see if any of you know more about it.

Peculiar..

It feels like I have seen those years ago. But I have never been to Daein's library.

I think we share a similar feeling about this. Of course, I on the contrary have previously visited the library many times, but this -- it's completely new to me, yet feels so oddly familiar..


This one appears to picture Micaiah and Sothe. I can't make anything else of it. I have a hard time figuring out what sort of meaning it's, um.. supposed.. to have, but it shows us that it's not strictly historical. It concerns people of this time, that are alive right now.

.. Whatever that picture is supposed to be, or supposed to mean,
neither of you should complain while I destroy it. Putting that...mustache on my face is one thing- but picturing Micaiah like this is unforgivable!
So Pelleas, give that to me. Now.

I understand that it may seem offensive to you, and for that I apologise. There is, however, definitely something out of the ordinary about this collection.. However unpleasant this particular one may look, we will need it along with the rest for investigation. I hope you understand.

Looking at it, it even appears to be the exact same one, just edited. I wonder if it serves any specific purpose?

It could be just for humiliation. Sothe proved that just now by taking offense to the picture including him.

That sounds believable, but it raises many questions. Why would someone want to humiliate them? What's it doing in Daein's library? And moreover, who put it there? Maybe they're trying to get a message across.. This is starting to get pretty interesting, isn't it?

I'd say it's rather hilarious. Do you have any more of these?

No, I think these are the only documents that I have of this kind, at least in this particular part of the collection. I do, however, have.. this.

Has Daein been attempting to make some war machine?

Frankly, I don't know what it is. The man doesn't feel familiar, either.
Then again, many of these pictures still don't make sense to me..

If you say so. I was almost afraid we'd have to put an halt to Daein's actions again.

These documents, he's not.. We can't allow him to run off with them. We need to get them back!

Instead of saying that he should return them, it's more useful to have him return them.
