The first piece of knowledge we need is what it's been caused by. Using everything I gathered from the books while you were gone, my guess would be that it's been done with some toxic potion or mixture after all. I can't guarantee my assumption is right, but.. let's go by it for now. That also means we have to be cautious about it, because toxic can hurt!

Then there's also the question who did it, but that can be answered later.. For now, I'd suggest we focus on finding out what was in that potion. Say-- you can see, smell and hear normally, right?

I can see and hear good enough. Smell, haven't paid much attention to that. Maybe less than usual, but I can still smell..

Hmm. And it doesn't hurt or feel itchy?

It doesn't hurt, but I do feel it being .. there. Being different than my own face.

That's good! ..I think. It could mean it's a weak or passive effect, and these should automatically wear off with time.. Or it means that it's no longer developing and that it will stay this way permanently for the rest of your life. I don't know, I couldn't make out the difference with all that puzzling language.
