Who is this Chrom you're speaking of? He sounds like someone of importance, but I can't recall having heard of anyone with that name.

Ah, have I forgotten to tell you about lord Chrom? My apologies. He is the Exalt, the ruler of the Halidom of Ylisse. I serve the royal Ylissean family, and I have known lord Chrom for nearly all his life, watching him grow up to become the fine ruler he is today.

Ah- he is most certainly an amazing man!
