To be honest, if I would've done that, I'd probably have cut myself. I'm not very much used to swords..

Eliwood is trustworthy, and him saying he hasn't done it, I believe he hasn't.
Leonardo, too, is too honest to would've done so.
Haar has got nothing to do with this, and I honestly don't see a reason why he would store Falchion in a fridge like that.
Medeus would've done a lot more than just putting Falchion in the fridge, like even completely destroying it.
Normally I'd say Wrys is falling under suspicion, too, but he surely can't handle swords either, and if he could, he'd surely thrown it in Matthew's face. Sorry, Matth.
And Navarre... I'd blame him if it weren't for him being so unactive lately.
Joshua is.. Too Joshua. Ike is too just. And Yune or Sain haven't even been doing anything at all.

Um, so.. That leaves only few people to blame.

Well.. I do believe that people like Eliwood, Merric, Matthew or Lugh haven't done it. There would be no point if they did. And come to think of it, there isn't even a point in putting Falchion in the fridge at all, except for making people angry.

So I was thinking.. It would make sense if the person who did this as not doing it for a reason. But simply because they weren't aware they were doing it.
For instance, take Haar. He sleeps throughout all the day, which is a lot of hours. Isn't it possible that he went sleepwalking during one of these? And I've heard Marth has been drunk a lot lately.. I think it's most likely that either of these two have done it while sleepwalking/being drunk.

It's only just an idea, though. Mind me if I'm wrong.
